ESSHM 2018 Submit your Abstract

Abstract submission for the ESSHM 2018 conference is closed

(kindly notice that this registration is strictly linked to abstract submission only and registration for the conference attendance is a separate process here)

Steps for abstract submission:

1. Register your account

If it is your first time to use EasyChair, you must register a free account. If you have an account then you may jump to the 2nd step

i) Visit ESSHM 2018 EasyChair submission system here

ii) Click “Create an account”

iii) Fill in the Captcha – then click “Continue”.

iv) Fill out your first and last names and email address that will be used to contact you then Click “Continue” to complete your registration process.

v) You will be sent a confirmation email containing a link to continue your registration. Click the link.

vi) Complete your registration by providing all the required information, and picking a username and password. Then click “Create my account”.

2. Submit your abstract

i) Once you have registered with EasyChair

Visit ESSHM 2018 EasyChair submission system here

ii) Sign in using your new or existing username and password.

iii) From the main menu, choose “New Submission”

iv) Fill out the forms to provide author names and affiliation.

Author Information
For each of the authors please fill out the form below. Some items on the form are explained here:
  • Email address will only be used for communication with the authors. It will not appear in public Web pages of this conference. The email address can be omitted for authors who are not corresponding. These authors will also have no access to the submission page.
  • Web page can be used on the conference Web pages, for example, for making the program. It should be a Web page of the author, not the Web page of her or his organization.
  • Each author marked as a corresponding author will receive email messages from the system about this submission. There must be at least one corresponding author.
  • One of the authors should be marked as a speaker. If you are not sure, choose your best guess

v) Now, fill in the title, text of the abstract.

vi) Click on the Submit button. Do not press the button twice.Once submission is successful you will see basic information about your submission . You can get back to the page with your submission details at any time by clicking on Submission in the main menu to make any changes to your submission (update information, update authors, submit a new version, or withdraw your submission).
